What is a Property Condition Report (PCR)?

A Property Condition Report Perth (PCR) is a detailed record of the property’s state at the start of a tenancy. It includes written notes and photos to protect both landlords and tenants from disputes about damage or maintenance.

In WA, most property managers schedule the first inspection in 6 -8 weeks from the commencement of the tenancy, thereafter every 12 – 13 weeks.  This helps ensure tenants are maintaining the property and allows early detection of repairs.  We provide routine inspections to suit agency requirements.
